1. Our approach

aprity uses two categories of cookies: strictly necessary cookies, which are always active and essential to the functioning of the site and platform, and analytics cookies (Google Analytics 4), which are used only for anonymous audience measurement and are set only after you accept them. We do not use advertising cookies, social-media cookies, or cross-site behavioural tracking. On your first visit, a cookie-consent banner lets you accept or decline analytics cookies. Before you accept, no Google Analytics script is loaded and no analytics cookies are set. You can change your choice at any time via the "Cookie settings" button in the site footer.

2. Strictly necessary cookies (always active)

These cookies are required for the site and platform to function and do not require your consent.

• Session cookies: maintain your authenticated session while you use the platform. Deleted when you close your browser or sign out.
• Security tokens: protect against cross-site request forgery (CSRF) and similar attacks.
• Preference cookies: remember technical preferences such as light/dark theme. No personal data, no tracking.

3. Analytics cookies — Google Analytics 4 (opt-in)

We use Google Analytics 4 (provided by Google LLC, acting as a processor) to measure website audience anonymously, with IP anonymisation (anonymize_ip) enabled. These cookies are not strictly necessary: they are set only after you click "Accept analytics" in the cookie-consent banner. Before consent, the Google Analytics script is not loaded and none of these cookies are set.

• _ga: client identifier used to distinguish visitors. Retention: about 13 months.
• _ga_<id>: session state used by Google Analytics 4. Retention: about 13 months.

Your choice (accept or decline) is stored locally in your browser and can be withdrawn at any time via the "Cookie settings" button in the site footer, which reopens the consent banner. We do not use advertising or retargeting cookies, social-media tracking pixels, or cross-site behavioural tracking.

4. Managing cookies

You can accept or decline analytics cookies in the consent banner and change your choice at any time via the "Cookie settings" button in the site footer. Strictly necessary cookies cannot be disabled through the banner, as the site relies on them to function; disabling them in your browser may prevent the site or platform from working correctly. You can also manage or delete cookies at any time through your browser settings.
